Make a Difference Lunch

The Town of Livingston is a champion of community, families and unity. We feel very passionate that our community is as strong as it's families. With that being said, we are excited to sponsor and ask you to join us for what's sure to be a compelling event: "Make a Difference" lunch on September 19th, at the Jackson Convention Center

Many of you may already know about the NY Times Best Selling Book, Same Kind of Different as Me, as well as the movie that will be released this year that was filmed in our great State based on the Best Selling Book. Ron Hall, the co-author, will be sharing his and Denver Moore's powerful story at this event, who together (before Denver's death in 2012) have helped raise over $100 million to support homeless initiatives throughout the United States. This event will directly benefit two very important organizations in Mississippi - Gateway Rescue Mission and Stewpot Community Services.

You can register for the lunch, as well as view the movie trailer, here:

Thank you for your consideration and please feel free to share with others about this opportunity to hear the story that has inspired millions to make a difference in the lives of others.

Sincerely,

The Livingston Community Foundation
